This paper aims at analyzing from fintech as excuse crime, crime tool and crime victim to discuss different dimensions of common FinTech crimes nowadays. In so doing to reexamine diverse fintech crimes for not only figur-ing out the crime scheme but also finding effective risk prevention ways.
